Additional Information & Policies

	Rooms and rates are double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
	The rate includes complimentary continental breakfast buffet each morning. Breakfast is served buffet style on our front porch between 8:30am - 10:30am
	Our rooms are all non-smoking, however, smoking on the outside porch areas is permitted.
	We welcome well behaved children when accompanied by their parents at all times. Fire regulations do not allow more than 2 persons (2 heartbeats) including children in some of our rooms. For this reason, If you are traveling with your children, please call us to ask about which rooms are best suited for more than 2 persons.
	Check in time is 3:00pm, check out time is 11:00am. If the room is ready earlier we will be happy to allow you to check in earlier. We cannot however guarantee this. You will be provided with late arrival instructions when you make your reservation.
	Name address and valid credit card number are required in order to make reservations. A one night deposit will be charged on reserving. Special deposit policies apply for Fantasy Fest and New Year.
	Our Standard cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations cancelled inside 7 days a one night penalty will occur. Cancellation policies for holidays, groups and special events may be longer.
	A minimum stay of three to five nights may be required for Holidays and Special Events.
	We accept group bookings of up to 4 rooms traveling together. Larger groups must be booked directly with the property, and additional restrictions may apply. Circumventing our group booking policy online may result in cancellation of your reservations.
	Off street parking is available located one street away from the property. One car per room permitted, a nominal fee may apply.
	We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and cash.
